System Administration
I specialize in managing Windows Server (Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy) and Linux environments (RHEL, Ubuntu) to ensure secure, high-performance IT operations.
IT Support
Providing Tier 1 & Tier 2 technical support, troubleshooting hardware/software issues, managing IT assets, and ensuring smooth business operations. Skilled in incident response, automation, and remote desktop support.
Network Engineering
Configuring and troubleshooting Cisco routers, switches, VLANs, OSPF, EIGRP, BGP, firewall rules, and VPNs to maintain reliable and secure networking solutions.
Virtualization
Setting up and managing VMware ESXi, vSphere, and Hyper-V to optimize server efficiency, reduce hardware costs, and improve disaster recovery. Experience in virtual machine provisioning, resource allocation, and performance tuning.
Cloud computing
Deploying and managing Microsoft Azure, AWS, and Google Cloud to build scalable, secure, and high-performance cloud environments. Experience in cloud networking, identity management, storage solutions, and cost optimization.
CYBERSECURITY
Implementing firewall policies, endpoint security, access controls, and compliance measures to protect IT infrastructure from cyber threats. Experience in intrusion detection, vulnerability management, and security audits.
